Just finish reading this book, Many Ways to Nirvana. Surprisingly, it is quite an easy reading. Normally i can't finish a single book by H.H. Dalai Lama. Must be Tsongkhapa's Migtsema that i've been chanting every morning without fail. Hopefully is the opening of my wisdom 'seed'.
Inside this book, there's a question about how to cultivate patience and H.H. Dalai Lama quoted a paragraph from the Bodhicharyavatara by Shantideva:
Why be unhappy about something
If it can be remedied?
And what is the use of being unhappy about something
If it cannot be remedied?
